Shipping policy

At Eleanor & co we aim to get your parcel sent as quickly as possible! If you need your order sooner, we do recommend selecting the Express Post option.
 
Standard Post 
The standard delivery charge for all orders shipped within Australia is $10. Orders over $120 are shipped free of charge. Once your order has been processed and dispatched by us, you will receive an confirmation email with shipping details and tracking number.
Delivery times within Australia for standard post is between 1 to 12 days depending on your location. Eleanor & co are shipping from Perth, WA. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.
 
Express Post 
We aim to prioritise Express post orders. Express shipping is $15. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched, although orders are normally dispatched within 1 day.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email of confirmation with shipping and tracking details. Please note we will not be held responsible for items left in a safe location by Australia Post. Should you require a signature on delivery, please ensure you select this option when choosing your shipping method. This service incurs an added cost of $2.95.
