At Eleanor & co we understand sometimes it can be difficult when purchasing products from an online platform. And we would like to make sure our customers are satisfied. if you are not happy with you purchase please contact us to receive a exchange or a store credit.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Change of mind returns
All items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, with all tags and/or packaging attached for an exchange or store credit to be honoured for a change of mind return. The goods must be sent back to us, the cost of shipping is to be paid by the customer and returned within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange, or credit for products that do not meet these requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the product descriptions, and ensure the product they purchase is suitable for their specific requirements.

Damaged or Faulty items
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item: • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it • is unsafe • is significantly different from the sample or description • doesn’t do what is intended or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Process:

Enclose the original packing slip or order confirmation email inside the package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for return shipments such as Australia Post.

Refunds if applicable will be issued for the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding any original shipping charges.

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or credit is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Store credit is issued via a Gift Card sent to your original purchase email. gift cards have no expiry date.
